Individual Therapy

We begin with the magic question "What would it feel like if your problem no longer existed?"  From there, we use diagnostic criteria to define as closely as possible your mental health challenges,  prioritize them, then outline a plan of attack.  Your treatment plan will include interventions which are considered by most psychologists to be effective.  Through personal practice you will learn more about yourself and better yet, learn how to move towards your own well-being.
